We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. Paranormal Paranoia
I used Paint Shop Pro 9, which is no longer available since Jasc got bought out, but I used that, and created each frame in that, there was 155 frames in total.
Then I used Jasc Animation Shop 3 and put them all into that, altered the timings of different frames so they were at appropriate speeds, which for some reason dA altered, because orginally when the emoticon jumps, it's actually faster, but dA changed that so it was all one speed.
So yeah, PSP9 and JAS3.
And lots of fiddly pixel work at 3000% zoom.
